The staff were not very organized. We waited 45+ minutes to be checked in. No apologies offerref even Just as a courtesy. I found that to be very unprofessional. Then while checking me in, the rep decided to trend to someone else asking a question. We were locked out of our room key card was not working. We had to ride elevator 8 floors to get it reactivated. The card was simply handed to me without even an I"m sorry for the inconvenience. Your staff needs to be better trained in customer service.
