We stayed in the quad family room with sky lounge access and it was wonderful. Everything was perfect but the age limit to access the lounge after 4.30pm was not very convenient for the youngest member of the family. We don’t usually get back till 6pm after a day out and therefore she never had the experience of it. She’s 15 and not a baby and if accompanied by an adult I don’t see what the problem is. However overall the room was ample and everything else is very good

Our housekeeper was very nice and friendly. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The property is situated perfectly. Easy to walk to the subway or bus.

The location of the hotel is perfect within steps for shopping and night market. Just need to upgrade your room if you want a bit more space otherwise the standard room is way too small.

This was our second stay at Royal Hotel, on this trip. We liked it so much that we decided to stay in the same place after exploring SK, before leaving back to home. The location is perfect.
