Location is great Sea view , not far from any where . All very clean . Owners were very helpful if you had any questions .
It’s our second time staying here and we would stay again .
We had to collect the keys from outside of Guardamar (La Mata ) as we arrived in the evening , landed at 18.30 wasn’t late .
All took time and would have cost you more if you had a taxi . I would check about key collection before booking .

The location was perfect The balcony overlooked Guardamar Beach and there was plenty of cafés bars and restaurants within walking distance, which was excellent.
The shower screen needs replacing which we have reported, but that’s just general wear and tear

"Excellent location right beside the beach and parking right outside the property. A lot of thought has gone into providing everything that guests will require during their stay."
