Great location, stunning panoramic sea view

loved the location just beside the Cara’s tram station with easy access to Nice centre. lovely sea view from a spacious balcony. well laid out cosy and functional

The shower was very cramped. Large bathroom but tiny shower. Hot water boiler was quite noisy at night

Amazing views.

The view from the apartment is amazing!! Favourite thing to wake up to. It’s also super close to the waterfront. It looks like what is shown in the pictures. Right across the road from a tram stop (Carras). There’s a spar supermarket a few doors down but if you walk about 10mins in the other direction there’s a much larger carrefour. No washing machine but there’s a self service laundromat next door. The apartment had all you needed for a self contained place. Good amenities in the kitchen. Spacious bathroom (the shower area was a bit small).

You need to travel to the office to collect the keys - rather inconvenient especially with luggages and having to change tram lines. Also the path to the office from the station is currently undergoing some major reconstruction so it would be very difficult to cross these paths. We wanted to extend our stay by a day but was not able to do it online (even though they have an online system for the deposit) and so had to make an additional trip down. There’s a €350 deposit required for this accommodation so that needs to be accounted for budgeting purposes. The floor of the apartment had a very strong disinfectant smell and oily feeling which wasn’t very pleasant.
