The location is perfect. Just a 10 minutes walk from Elephant Mountain, the pagodas and the main restaurant streets, but still in a relatively quiet area. The view of the river and the mountains in the background is amazing and for the price it’s a steal, especially after coming from Hong Kong.
The staff were very kind and helpful, especially Qing Qing who helped me through the check-in process and my first time using WeChat.
Nothing, it was all good.

Our stay was amazing! We stayed in one of the 270° rooms and loved it. The bed was huge and so comfy, the view was great, the location was perfect and the staff were so helpful and friendly! We loved the bath overlooking the city/mountains and the screen was such a cool touch as well!
