About this villa rental
At the top of a hill, just behind Nice, this house offers you a comfortable apartment with a private garden space not overlooked, access to a swimming pool to share but also isolated with a view of the valley; the whole is located in a large property, close to the city but without its disadvantages.
The rental is on the first floor, it has a fairly large bedroom (a 160 bed) with a television area (with opening through a window overlooking the garden), a bathroom with bathtub and toilet and a living room kitchen which is also equipped with a sofa (140) which opens onto the terrace with private garden with a dining table and a BBQ, two sunbeds (not overlooked) The interior of the rental is non-smoking. The swimming pool, meanwhile, is located on a small hill accessible by a staircase. Its location ensures a nice view, a corner bordered by nature where the coolness of the shade plays with the sun spaces in the middle of the hundred-year-old olive trees. Pets are asked to stay out of the pool. It is maintained every morning.
The environment of the property is very quiet, surrounded by nature.
There are two rentals on site each not overlooked.
