Overpriced, poor and just go elsewhere
The pictures, pictures were great on the internet, some of the best I’ve seen tbh.
Oh where to start…..service before we arrived was great, I can’t lie though having to pick keys up seems antiquated.
On arrival we were tbh disappointed, the facilities were poor, mismatched appliances in the kitchen, travel kettle which for the money was poor. Paid half the amount the year before and facilities there so much better.
The showers are the “best”, it’s impossible to have a proper shower, no screen, no curtain and no….it’s not a wet room, it’s a hook over the baths, again, just not what you’d expect.
The pool was filthy, around the pool looks pretty with the slate tile but it’s splintered everywhere so be very careful, also be careful of the slate pieces in the pool itself, Villas Guzman told me it was because of bad weather…….slate from the sky….wow!!
There is nowhere to leave keys either on leaving, you need to drive to their office to drop them off, really handy!
All in all I’d avoid this Villa and the rental company, it’s taken nearly 6 weeks to get a final response and the language changed from being helpful to as good as telling me to challenge them with this review, perhaps that’s been lost in translation…..perhaps not.
I’ve stayed in so many villas over the years, good, sometimes bad, often indifferent but I’ve never had cause to complain, feel free to check my other reviews or those on my air bnb account!
