Nestled in the historic and authentic village of Rio Marina, this small ground-floor loft features a kitchenette and private bathroom, along with a fully equipped Memory bed. It sleeps 3 guests and includes a 160-cm French double bed and a 90-cm fold-down single bed. Renovated in 2022, an 80-liter water heater that allows for a long, comfortable shower, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, TV, free Wi-Fi, electric kettle, iron, and hair dryer. An outdoor table and chairs are available for sipping coffee in the morning in the alleyway while listening to the singing of the elderly ladies and the birds. Great for couples with or without children. Linens are not included but are available upon reservation for €20.00 per person: bath towel, face towel, and bidet towel + sheet set. One-time final cleaning fee of €75.00. Pet cleaning surcharge of €40. No deposit required.
