Beautiful old property, perfectly maintained in the most lovely countryside. Delicious and innovative cuisine with great wines and very good service.

Beautiful hotel and location. Very quiet and relaxing. We were only able to enjoy breakfast but very enjoyable. Only 1 night but wish we could have had 2 days/nights.

Beautiful, peaceful property in the countryside, only a few minutes from Foix. The proprietress is lovely, and the food is very good. Note the wifi is spotty and a bit slow, but manageable, and there is no air conditioning. Despite these issues, we thoroughly enjoyed the relaxing stay at Le Clos Cathala.
