I had an excellent stay at Buena Vista Inn Hotel in Condado, San Juan. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel truly welcomed. They were incredibly helpful, attentive, and responsible, always going above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed during my stay.
The location is fantastic—close to the beach, restaurants, and everything Condado has to offer, yet still quiet enough to relax. The room was clean, well-maintained, and provided a comfortable space to unwind after a day of exploring. I also appreciated how responsive the team was whenever I had a question or needed assistance—they genuinely care about their guests.
One small recommendation would be to consider adding a mini fridge and a safe box in the rooms, as these would make the stay even more convenient.
Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend Buena Vista Inn Hotel to anyone visiting San Juan and looking for great service and a welcoming atmosphere.

Nice place to stay, room was nice. The shared kitchen was a nice add. Dishes were provided, and the refrigerator had a water and ice option. You can cook and bake which a few people did. Everyone was quiet-in the building. Good location near everything. Good area never felt unsafe. Parking was good.
