Bathroom flooded every day. Couldn’t tell if it was the bath or aircon outlet (which the lovely reception guy said), but every time we took a bath there’d be a few centimetres of water on the bathroom floor. Cleared pretty quickly. Still a bit annoying. Hotel is in a great location, close to train station / tram stops / shopping mall. Breakfast buffet standard but reliable. Staff very helpful. Would definitely stay again.

We had three beds and our room was big. Staff was nice. Hotel is clean. Hamburger place was delicious. Only small thing that i was initially concerned about, but ended up with zero impact other than a few laughs, were the men's girly bars across the street.

The staff speak enough english, the rooms are basic but match the price point, its clean. Its walking distance from Shinkansen station and hire cars and countless restaurants.

Great location, amenities included hair dryer AND straightener in our room. We also got a free upgrade which was a very nice gesture
