We, my daughters and I, had a wonderful stay overall and really enjoyed our time here. The food was one of the highlights of our trip - the buffet offered an excellent variety for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with many delicious options each day, making it especially convenient for families.
A special thank you to Christina, one of the managers, and Nadia at reception, who were exceptional and played a big role in making our stay smooth and enjoyable. We also greatly appreciated Demetrius and the drivers who transported us on excursions and to the ferry. Nadia from the reception area deserves special recognition for her warmth, attentiveness, and outstanding hospitality.
The excursions were excellent, especially the northern island tour, which my children absolutely loved.
The only downside for us was the towel policy, as guests were expected to reuse the same towels for several days and replacements were not readily available when needed. We also found that the friendliness and helpfulness of the reception staff varied depending on who was working.
Overall, however, we had a very enjoyable stay and left with wonderful memories of Zakynthos.
