We booked 2 rooms for a week. Starting from the first contact with the reception (especially Ismet and Ṣahin) we felt immediately that we are in a very professionsal running hotel. The customer is the king. They are letting you feel with the amazing service and hospitality that you are at the right place.
The breakfast was good and we had every day a lot of variety. On request we got soup or a sandwich if needeed.
Turkish tea and coffee were always available day and night too. That service is not typical for a bed & breakfast hotel 😉
All in all, I can say we will come again soon. It is our home in Antalya for future trips.

Birsel was so supportive and helpful for us during our stay. The hotel was close to the beach and bus nearby to go to other parts of the city. Birsel’s super demeanor made it extra warm for us and allowed for more enjoyment. The hotel is the perfect stay in the city.

The front desk lady was amazing! Extremely helpful and welcoming. Great place to stay and approx 10 minute walk to the beach. Loads of restaurants nearby

Firstly reception staff was very helpful. Thanks! Rooms are not so big but more than enough. There's no elevator in the hotel but while we were on the 2nd floor, it was not a problem for us. Breakfast was also nice. Again more than enough.
You can choose and stay in Basel Hotel without any doubt.
