The room was spacious, with the couch and the tv. The bed was okay too. However, the place needed to be cleaned better. The floors were sticky and the bathroom also needed some deep cleaning. Some of our towels were stained.
Only 2 caffeinated coffee pods were provided per day and no mugs only plastic cups. Same with the body wash.
We only saw the staff once to ask for the city tax when we still had our backpacks on. I thought perhaps they could have waited a few minutes for us to enter and get comfortable before asking for it. After that we didn’t see them again. Overall, it is a good place and value for money. A bit further away from the main attractions which made the area more relax.

The location was literally across from the Vatican. It was close to food and shopping and was not noisy at night. The room was air conditioned and clean with a fridge and coffee/snacks. The bed and pillows were super comfortable and we felt very safe with all the gates being accessible by key. We also had an extra room and couch along with a balcony. Our host was amazing and helped is determine our travels and most efficient transportation. We would absolutely stay here again.

Location was fantastic for the Vatican. Close to tour operators and amenities. Nicoletta was amazing and helpful. Exclusive Room was very spacious and clean. If you are looking for a convenient place to stay and comfortable sleep after a days sightseeing, I recommend.

Really enjoyed my stay here. Nicoletta was very responsive before arrival and incredibly welcoming. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had great AC, which was much appreciated in the Rome heat. I also loved having an espresso machine in the room. The location was convenient and the stay felt easy and comfortable overall. Would definitely recommend!
