The room was clean and in a great location. I wish I would have known the waterpark was closed. Overall great stay and had what I needed.

4 / 10

It was a very nice room, a bit of a walk to the pool, but not bad

We enjoyed our stay

2 / 10

No housekeeping, water park not on property, had to carry own linen bags everyday of the week from across the street to our room. Was not ocean front, air rarely worked and it was HOT in the room. Did not see a housekeeper the whole entire time and did not have a phone to call for any type of assistance. Front desk that was located at the leg and were rude and not helpful at all. Seemed like they did not want to be bothered.

Out room was clean upon arrival. It was only hard for us to find someone to remove trash from the room. 125 a housekeeper and talked to him everything was rectified.
