About this apartment rental

A short distance from ecotours, bicycle rentals, and more, this beach apartment lets you experience it all. Isla Verde Beach is just a short walk away, so you can leave your car at the property, which offers covered onsite parking, or jump in your vehicle to make short work of the 6-minute drive to Balneario de Carolina.

After you return, you can unwind at the beach (enjoy the direct beach access!), chill by the outdoor pool, or sip a drink in the outdoor entertainment area; you may also like the balcony. As for the great indoors, you can come inside and enjoy the free WiFi, TV, and DVD player.

This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom rental features a dining area, a BBQ grill, air conditioning, and blackout drapes/curtains. Bathroom amenities include a hair dryer, towels, and toilet paper. Feel free to prepare a home-cooked meal with the oven, stovetop, and full-sized refrigerator, as well as the coffee maker, microwave, and cookware/dishes/utensils. And you won't have to pack extra clothes, because you'll also have access to laundry facilities.

This property is directly off the beach just like it stated. The view from the balcony is amazing. However it was difficult to communicate not speaking Spanish. I do have a translator app witch helped . Getting access to the right gate and building was a challenge. The apartment itself is definitely outdated. There are no modern amenities. No usb ports or anything of that nature. The smell was of an old vacant house. On the plus side there was a Walgreens across the street. We went there immediately and bought Lysol and candles. The location and view was worth all of it though. The good definitely outweigh the bad. I would stay there again.
