Great place for a big group. We had 8 people and there was plenty of space and it did not feel crowded at all. We were there when it was literally 100 degrees and I was really hoping the AC worked well, and it was very good. The location was fantastic. it was a busy area but not so busy that it felt like there were tourists everywhere. Lots of shopping, eating, and drinks right around the corner, 15 minute walk to Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon, about a 20-25 minute walk to the Vatican, and maybe a 30-35 minute walk to the Colosseum. We had an issue with something not working and they were out the same day to fix it while we were out. If I want to nit pick, the internet barely worked outside of the living room and a couple of the girls said they would have liked an extra blanket or two, but those are small trivial things. Would definitely stay here again.

Marco was an easy host to work with, and he resolved an issue quickly during a holiday week. The apartment was large and slept 9 comfortably. Near dining and shopping. Guest should know there are stairs to walk up to the apartment What was appreciated the most was the separation between bedrooms and the ample space in the kitchen to gather.
