Room was clean, A/C was good and everything was in working / good condition. Wifi is good. Beach is amazing, wide and calm seas. I've stayed several times at Sand and Blue Seas and will return again for sure.

The beach is just a few steps away, and has a marked swimming area, although it's shallow enough to go past that (just watch for the occasional boat).
Located in mile one of the beach it's an easy walk into the commercial area of the town. Route taxis zip up and down the road as well, so you can get a ride instead of walking (also taxis regularly parked across the street, but they charge a bit more).
The kitchen wasn't well stocked for cooking, but when we wanted a knife to cut up mangoes we bought, the lady at the front desk got us one. They were very good at responding to any requests.
Our first impression was a tiny bit discouraging, but we found we loved it there.

Peaceful environment, if you are looking to relax at an affordable place, this area is perfect. Close to the beach.
