I have never stayed at a place like this before where leaving was hard, not only are the stuff super welcoming and knowledgeable but they also provide excellent customer services. As for amenities, you will feel at home. I truly fell in love with this place <3

Clean, friendly, beautiful hotel. Great onsen, massage chairs, great breakfast buffet. Ramen. Ice cream, coffee, matcha machines.

This hotel was better than I could’ve imagined! All of the amenities were top tier. The hotel is close to the train station but if you want to walk downtown, plan for a little bit more time - which I didn’t mind
