The property looked unassuming when we pulled in but once you get passed the front doors it’s absolutely beautiful. The structural design gave a very beachy vibe. The suites are spacious and well maintained. The view from my bed was breathtaking . The staff was so very delightful- Maria, Elizabeth, Julio and our favorite Mr. Daniel. They were very attentive and always looking to help and go above and beyond. The pool area was so inviting and we were literally steps away from the ocean. The property has its own beach club and the bar offered plenty of lounging , shade and tasty cocktails . I feel so rejuvenated. The chefs were magnificent but the female chef was our favorite 😅, she put a little extra magic in the food. Communicating through WhatsApp was a breeze because they were always on top of any concern. I am so grateful to get this authentic yet upscale experience.

This is a beautiful property, with such a beautiful, kind, helpful staff. It's a gem! Such a romantic, calm & relaxing atmosphere.

The hotel is great, the view from the Horizon suite is incredible, the sunrise and sunset from the room is amazing, the chef's food is very good and the staff's attention is impeccable. The location is ideal for a peaceful stay, although it is a bit far from the downtown. The only inconveniences I had were the presence of ants, but this was not serious and the lack of maintenance of the hydromassage tub. If I go back to holbox I would definitely book the same hotel.
