I have stayed here many times and have wonderful memories of the spa, resort, and Lake Arrowhead. The partial lake view room with a balcony was fine, not fabulous. It had everything we needed, but it's about ready for a renovation. It's lost some of it's sparkle. Breakfast was delicious, and our waiter super attentive. Happy hour menu was yummy, but we had to ask 4 times for the TV volume to be turned up for the All Star game. Having s'mores at the firepit on the beach is the best. A bit pricy, tho. I will continue to go back, as you can't beat the location.
