Second time here and it was just as much fun as first!!

One issue is seating at the pool, there is not enough seating. Pool staff does not remove unattended towels from chairs with no personal towels.. and one said “you can remove it at your own risk “. For the most part this is an excellent property. Staff is helpful and attentive. The food is average.

Had a great weekend stay at Planet Hollywood Cancun! The resort was beautiful, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and there was plenty to do without ever needing to leave the property. The pools and beach were perfect for relaxing during the day, and I really enjoyed the overall atmosphere, food, and entertainment. Great training sessions at the onsite gym.
It’s a big resort, so expect to do some walking, but for a quick Cancun getaway it had a great mix of relaxation and fun. I definitely enjoyed my stay and would come back!
