The front desk staff was great with the exception of the morning crew. When Tiffany worked in the morning things improved. The other two lady’s that worked in the mornings never acknowledged or greeted anyone. They did seem to want to be bothered. That was very off putting.
Our stay was 6 days. The room was never serviced. That was a first. One of the elevators had an open door that was a safety hazard. Another first. Some of the buttons in the last elevator don’t light up so you don’t know if your floor was inputted or not. That was fun.
The afternoon noon and evening front desk crews warmth eases the flaws. I’ve stayed at this location many times and I’ve always had a flawless stay until this last stay.
