Perfect location to be centralized in the center of Asheville. They also have valet parking which is very nice. The corner view king sweet is very nice. If you’re looking for quiet this is not the place. You are downtown. Sirens, music, laughter, traffic. It’s all there. Outside of that obvious stuff it’s a great hotel and I’d book there again in a heartbeat.

Everyone we came in contact with was very nice. I love the key card system. You hold it under the scanner, tap the floor you want it tells you which elevator is opening and automatically takes you to your floor. We used the valet and they were all great. Our meals in the restaurant were excellent. Really everything from start to finish was wonderful except the carpet in our room was very dirty. Had a very dirty smell when you got near it, to say pick something up off the floor. Everything else seemed extremely clean. Very walkable area with a lot of stores and restaurants to enjoy.
