The location was amazing. We only stayed two nights and three days in this area of Japan this time. The hotel had everything thing we needed. It was walking distance or a train ride away. Check in and out was very easy.

I would recommend having a bit more English instruction to direct guests on how to use items. The temperature control was a bit of a mystery. The laundry facilities were incredibly difficult to figure out. I support overexplaining versus assuming people can figure things out.
The room was quite comfortable with great amenities and very well thought out. And very quiet.
