Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The room was clean and comfortable for one person, and the location was convenient for exploring Southbank.
Breakfast was fairly simple, and it would have been nice to have a little more variety, such as some fresh salad options. I slept reasonably well at night, although I expected the room to have better soundproofing.
The location worked well for Southbank, though staying closer to the CBD may be more convenient for some travellers.

Hotel is very well located , walking distance to City & Crown Casino. We stayed in High Floor room that had good view of south bank yarra river.
As soon as you enter the ground floor of the building the fragance just refreshes you and immediately get a good vibe of the hotel.
Only down side of the building is there are 6 elevators but it takes ages to use dont know why.

The room was very small but it was clean and had everything needed. Slightly annoying to have to go up to floor 7 to check in but I would definitely stay again. Parking was on site, $35 a night. Cheaper across the road if you dont have a heap of luggage to cart
