Helpful and very accommodating staff. Forgotten to leave our dirty towel basket out before cut off and we were able to ask for fresh towels and water for the night with no issue. Also received complementary vouchers to redeem drinks during their happy hour.

Great location. Wonderful breakfast. Fantastic staff. We had shipped our luggage from Kyoto to this hotel for our final leg in Osaka before heading back home to the US. Yamoto transport misplaced one of our luggage. We were flying out in two days. The AirTag I placed in my luggage showed it was with the transport agency in Kyoto. Yu (at the front desk) was superb as she helped get a hold of the transport agency, got them to track down the lost luggage, and had them delivered it to the hotel by 8 am on the day we had to fly back. It took her multiple calls and extensive conversations to convince the transport agency that they had the bag and not my previous hotel in Kyoto. Thanks so much for the wonderful service.
