As everywhere in Japan, staffs are alway accommodating and very helpful. Location is excellent as everything is close. It is also very roomy for the price. With that being said, this hotel room is pretty old. Carpets are old and dirty that you have to wear inner slippers to go around. Curtains are dusty so watch out when you open them up to view outside.
I wouldn’t choose this hotel next time with a kid who likes to walk around bare foot. But overall, I can’t really complain.
