Security is a high priority. Rooms are clean, water can be almost hot, staff is friendly and helpful. Most of all, they generally do not bother me. Hotel is connected via footbridge to the parking area of the adjacent mall, so easy access to decent mid-tier shops, a lot of dining options. Much lower priced shopping options just down the street. Numerous trikes available in front of mall for quick and reliable transportation. Overall, I'm pretty pleased.

Hotel people all very kind and helpful aircon in the room is very strong . Mall which has got everything you need is just next door.
———
Issue is the noise outside but It is to be expected given the location And u won’t hear it once you are inside
———
Also you enter into an aircon-less floor then use an aircon-less elevator to get to the aircon-less check in area . This is the hotel trying to cut cost so you can pay less .
———
Don’t expect too much from the buffet . Better spend your extra $8 by going to the adjoining mall or street vendors.
Overall , I think it was a great experience . My spoiled brat of a son didn’t even complain!
Thanks to the staff for their warmth and kindness.
