Staff very courteous and helping me with luggage transfer to another hotel. Room is adequate as long you don't have large luggage. Bed is comfy, althought pillow a bit firm. Bathroom is clean, bath amenities you can pick up at the lobby. Location very quiet near station. I don't really have time to explore around the hotel but seem close to plenty restaurants. The have laundry room on 2nd floor but only taking cc, i didn't try it thou'.
Overall great stay, if I ever need to travel near shinjuku I probably will consider this hotel again as long the cost still reasonable.

The staff was super helpful. We had forgotten a bag at our previous hotel and they provided the information on how much a parcel would cost and paid for it on delivery and had it waiting for us at the lobby that afternoon. The hotel room was spacious and clean and had all items needed to stay comfortably. It was also centrally located to many places. We enjoyed our stay here.
