Room was clean and comfortable. Tv and wifi excellent. Minimal traffic noise. Convenient location…safe/walkable to centro. Water temp in shower could have been hotter. Warm…barely. Lobby door is usually locked so someone must let you in and out.

Hotel Mama Carlota was a wonderful stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and my room was clean and comfortable. I also appreciated how quiet the location was, while still being convenient for exploring Querétaro. The shower had plenty of hot water, which was a big plus.
The only small thing that would have made the stay even better would be having coffee available in the room, but there is a coffee shop downstairs, so it was easy to grab one in the morning.
Overall, I had a great experience and would happily stay here again. 5 stars!
