We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The food was excellent, with every meal exceeding our expectations. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help, which made our experience even more enjoyable.
The rooms were beautiful, comfortable, and very well maintained, and the amenities were fantastic. Everything about the property made for a relaxing and memorable stay.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Montezuma or Santa Teresa area. Even if you’re not staying at the hotel, I strongly recommend stopping by for a meal—the food alone is worth the visit. Overall, a wonderful place that we would gladly return to!

I can't recommend this hotel enough – I spent 3 nights here and loved every minute. Everything was perfect – super location, a clean, serene room with a balcony to sit out on and watch all the wildlife... Delicious breakfast and food in the restaurant (and at the moment all the football matches projected on the wall!) ... Every member of staff was kind and helpful... And so many nice touches: the lovely yoga in the open air studio... freshly baked cake every afternoon... and a to-go breakfast on my last morning as I had an early flight. Hope to be back before too long!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Nya Hotel. The grounds are beautiful, and the restaurant staff is warm and welcoming, creating a cozy family atmosphere. The front desk staff is incredibly caring; when my daughter severely sunburned her hand, they promptly brought us medication. Even during rain, they kindly provided umbrellas at guests’ doors.
Overall, it’s a fantastic place to stay. However, I found the note from the cleaning staff requesting a tip a bit unnecessary.
