Had trouble checking in. Original room the bed wasn't made and the cabinets were in the middle of the room. Assigned another room, but only had 1 bed instead of 2. Third room was OK.
When we checked out and got 50 miles away, wife couldn't find her purse. Called the hotel and they searched the room and found it in the drawer and called me back. We were back and got it 👍. Really appreciate it and the kindness shown 🙏.

It was good for the price. Didn't stay in the room much cause of my conferences meeting..
Im not a smoker, so. I disliked that smell and the fact that the hall ways were hot when you step off the elevators.

The room is comfortable and the hotel staff members are friendly and accomodating. The location is perfect for quick access to everything in Columbus.
