Overall, we had a good stay. The staff was friendly, the room smelled clean, and the pool was well maintained. The location was great—just a short walk to the beach and boardwalk.
The only downside was that the floors in our room were very sandy, and my feet would get dirty quickly. I found myself rinsing them off in the shower often. Since you’re staying at the beach, that’s somewhat understandable, but I’d definitely recommend bringing a pair of slippers.
There was also quite a bit of construction/renovation going on, which made the property look a little less appealing.

It was a nice property, but you have to ask for everything towels etc. it was a perfect spot. Saw the fireworks and you can walk right up the street to the ocean so it’s a perfect location for a holiday.

Small but comfortable. We had a pet friendly room. I loved the fact the floor was wooden no rugs. We always bring our dogs blankets for the floor. The room was so cleaned you could see and smell the cleanliness. I really appreciated that. The grounds was nice. The owners and staff are great you can laugh and talk with them. My only concern was no microwave in the room. I make my dogs food homemade but the staff was friendly enough it didn’t bother me to cook my dogs food at the office at night.
It’s really good to see a place to stay at the beach was really clean and friendly. They have their own dogs so they appreciate people who have pets.
We thank you all for your service and hospitality.
