Unfortunately, this was the worst accommodation experience we had during our trip. The property is in very poor condition. We found what appeared to be black mold in several areas, especially on the ceilings and around the floors. It also looked like the property had recently experienced flooding and had not been properly repaired afterward. The bedroom doors did not close properly, and the sofa bed was terrible—it sagged badly in the middle and was extremely squeaky, making it very uncomfortable to sleep on. There were also many mosquitoes inside, and we were being bitten throughout the night. The guest arrangements made the experience even more frustrating. We had to walk more than 30 minutes across the city just to pick up the keys. Guests are also expected to take their garbage to a disposal location about a 10-minute walk away. Considering the price of the accommodation, we found this unreasonable. The property did not meet our expectations based on the listing or the amount we paid. We were genuinely glad that we did not have to stay any longer. I would not recommend this property in its current condition.

This place was so bad we left after 2 hours and checked in to a nearby hotel. Looks nothing like the pictures. Mold everywhere, dirty, run down, terrible location, WiFi didnt work. Very dissapointed. Hope I can at the very least get some sort of refund on my pre paid in full rates, fees and taxes.

The place is beautiful. My only complaint was that there was some black mild in the shower, there was no dish soap nor a hand towel to dry dishes and having to take the garbage out is kind of a pain- especially at the rate being charged. Otherwise I would recommend this apartment.
