We absolutely loved our stay at Ásgeirsstaðir Cottages!! We wish we could have stayed more than just a night, but we had to move along to our next destination.
The cottage was perfectly equipped with everything one might need. The beds were comfortable, there was a cozy living room and dining area, and our particular cabin was at the end of the road on the edge of a beautiful lupine patch.
This was the perfect place to relax after a day of driving. We opened the windows and listened to the sound of the stream behind the cottage. The blackout curtains were very good as well!
Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

The cottage was perfect! Small but efficient kitchen, nice sitting space and clean! Wished we could have stayed longer!

An unexpected gem! Quiet, clean, and very comfortable. Being next to the creek was a huge plus. A lovely stay.
