What an absolutely wonderful little b&b. Extremely friendly service, cute clean and comfortable rooms with all the amenities you could ever need and a exceptional breakfast. We will be back again soon - thank you

A brilliant warm welcome from Claire, spotlessly clean room with an incredibly comfy bed meant for a great night’s sleep.
Breakfast was also delicious!
I would definitely stay again, really pleased we picked Rook Lane House over the Premier Inn!
