Our stay at Palazzo Natoli Boutique Hotel was absolutely wonderful, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
The location couldn’t be better, right in the heart of Palermo and within easy walking distance of all the main attractions.
The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. A special thank you to Andreas, who made our arrival so easy. He greeted us with a map already marked with Palermo’s highlights, gave fantastic recommendations, offered to make restaurant bookings for us, and guided us through the historic centre for our luggage drop-off. We also used the hotel’s valet parking (€20), which was the easiest way to manage parking in Palermo.
The hotel itself is spotless, beautifully decorated, and full of charm. We stayed in Room 5, which was spacious and had a lovely little balcony overlooking the main street. During our stay there was a festival, so it was wonderful to watch the atmosphere from above.
Breakfast was excellent. Instead of a buffet, you choose from a menu and everything is freshly prepared and served to your table.
Beautiful boutique hotel, exceptional service, immaculate rooms, and an unbeatable location. We highly recommend Palazzo Natoli Boutique Hotel to anyone visiting Palermo.
