Everything was great. Beautiful properly! However, we did not enjoy most of the food.

Everything in this hotel was amazing (including the staff, food, drinks, beach, pool, etc.), except the check in process. We were a party of 7 that booked two rooms. When we completed the online check in process, we requested to be close to each other. When we arrived at the hotel only one of the rooms was ready. For 3 hours they kept us in the dark regarding the other room and they would only tell us it wasn't ready yet and that they didn't know when it would be ready. After raising hell, we were finally told the truth in that the delay was caused by them wanting to find a closer room. Had they communicated this from the beginning, we would have simply taken the room that was already available instead of waiting nearly 4 hours. That really ruined our day, but thankfully the rest of the trip was wonderful.
