The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and the included breakfast had many options. Breakfast was delicious every day. They gave us a list of available activities for the area and there were beach chairs or mats available every time we wanted to use them. If the loungers were full there were always beach mats available. If we needed anything in our room housekeeping had it to us quickly. The hotel is right on the beach with beautiful views. We had a wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Hennan Palm Beach Boracay! The staff were all very friendly and accommodating, and the hotel was exceptionally clean, peaceful, and relaxing. My family and I especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which made our mornings even more enjoyable.
A special mention to the staff at the sausage and egg station. They truly stood out with their exceptional service, respectful attitude, and warm, friendly smiles. Their kindness made our breakfast experience extra special.
Overall, we had a fantastic time and truly enjoyed our stay. Thank you to the entire team for making our family vacation memorable. We would definitely love to come back! Highly recommended!
