My Kent Hotel

Great staff and central location. It doesn't have elevator but we were in 2nd floor. There are restaurants and bars all around but still it wasn't that noisy,.we were able to sleep well. Great breakfast.

The room is very clean as well as the entire property that looks like to be renovated recently. The front desk lady that seems to be the owner is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast has a wide verity of food and drinks. A fresh Turkish coffee machine as well as American coffee for those who don’t appreciate the delicacy of Turkish coffee 😉

Location in a busy area, walkable to many places ,, safe at night …

The location of My Kent Hotel is absolutely ideal — right in the heart of Kadıköy, surrounded by countless restaurants, cafés and shops. The M4 metro line, which goes directly to Sabiha Gökçen Airport, is also within walking distance, which makes the location extremely convenient. The hotel building is old and there is no elevator. We stayed on the 5th floor, so the stairs were certainly a challenge, but Ayşe Hanım was incredibly helpful and welcoming, which made the experience much easier. Our room was rather small, but the view was amazing. The seagulls were flying so close to our window that it felt like a little part of Istanbul was right there with us. The hotel was exceptionally clean — you could actually smell the freshness and cleanliness as soon as you entered. What I especially appreciated was the sense of taste in every little detail. You can feel that the people working there genuinely care about their hotel and their guests. The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a wonderful variety: different kinds of cheese, sausa fresh pastries, fruits (even figs!), various types of tea and coffee, and even cocoa. Another charming detail was that guests were welcome to stay in the breakfast area in the evening, have some tea or coffee FOC, and simply watch the lively street life of Kadıköy. It created a very warm, relaxed and authentic atmosphere. Thanks to Ayse Hanim and the team at My Kent Hotel for the hospitality and care. We truly enjoyed our stay
