There was issue with aircon in our room, but our butler Robert assisted us and resolved the issue promptly. The hotel is very close to the aqua park and aquarium, very good location

This is one of the nicest hotels, we’ve every stayed at. The staff was also very helpful and attentive. We would also recommend eating at Ossiano as it’s a unique experience and delicious food. We would not hesitate to recommend this hotel when travelling to Hainan.
