A convenient location right next to metro and by local airport bus stop. Comfortable room with satisfactory breakfast. Helpful staff. Room 404 though only had a small side window so was a bit gloomy

The staff were spoke good english and were very helpful. Breakfast was good. It is close to the metro and not far from the main tourist attractions.

My Top 5:1. Location: steps from the Metro, 1 station to Freedom Square, 2 stations to Rustaveli Avenue. Walking distance to Europe Square and from there to the Old Town. 2. Excellent breakfast for a small hotel 3. Wonderful views of Tbilisi from the 6th floor terrace 4. Lovely, warm and flexible staff. Some of the nicest people you’ll ever meet. 5. Clean, comfortable rooms, adequate size. For the infrequent traveler the area may seem a bit rough around the edges but it’s safe, it’s just busy.
