The agency staff running this property are exceptionally helpful, responsive and friendly. The apartment is spacious and clean, and I particularly appreciated the water and coffee that was left and the smart tv. The location is superb as it is right in the old heart of this gorgeous city. The apartment is, however, very dark as there are only two small external windows. It looks like the place is built into the cellar of an old building, but is modern and updated. I felt comfortable, safe and very close to the things I wanted to see and do. I would happily stay here again, and also use other places serviced by the agency.
