The room was quite small however it was wonderful to have a balcony overlooking a lovely park, and the 24/7 use of the cafe/ library was like having a lounge room/ extra space. Barista coffee on arrival was welcome. Staff helpfulness is exemplified in being handed towels at reception as we arrived in the middle of an emergency-alert level storm as we and our luggage were drenched. Two good sized washing machines and driers were convenient. Not far from a subway with lots of great connections to everywhere we wanted to go. Shower excellent. We’re a couple travelling as tourists. We stayed 5 nights in September and we were very happy here.
