It's all automated. You get check in via site and receive a door code via text. I had to text asking for the wifi pass, but the replies were prompt.
The bed was so comfortable, I got the best night of sleep in a long time and I'll be ordering some of the pillows and towels online.
The tub is deep and a good soak was therapy for me. There's also a stand-up shower.
The lodge is quieter than a hotel or inn and I could hardly hear other guests, though I still sleep with my favorite sound machine.
It's a little farther from everything (Lake Placid, Saranac Lake and Tupper Lake), but the trade-off is the comfortable room.
There's no breakfast, but I usually go out anyway. Check-in after 4:00 pm and check-out by 11:00 am.

Like clean and new rooms, breakfast no need of reception

Everything was remarkable.
Beds new and super comfortable. Breakfast complete and fresh. Timely communication. Wifi speed could be improved, but that’s the only thing I’d change. I loved my stay and will’ want to stay again when coming back to Adirondacks.
