Room was clean. Temperature thruout hotel was cool and comfortable. Staff was very friendly. My husband said the "to order" breakfast was THE BEST breakfast in a hotel he has had and the price was very reasonable. We walked to Pearl street mall, 1.3 mile via Canyon, a safe walkway the entire way. The elevator was a little confusing coming back from a great little pool. The time on the QR code for pool hours said 7 am but when I got there, it was posted 8 am.

All is really good here, no frills. But the breakfast is outstanding. Real eggs cooked to order. Real bacon. Very fresh fruit and Greek yogurt. Even the coffee was good. So, if you are truly tired of little styrofoam bowls and cereal dispensers, packaged bakery items, and rubbery boiled eggs, this is a great alternative. Even had almond milk and a very cheerful server.

Comfort, amenities, location, and parking are just a few of the things that can make a hotel stay a great experience. What makes it even better is when the staff feels supported by management, and that support is reflected in the service they provide to guests. That is truly the icing on the cake.
Angie was an absolute delight! She was helpful, knowledgeable, kind, communicative, patient, and so much more. She clearly takes pride in her work, does her job exceptionally well, and deserves a raise!
When welcoming guests, you never know what someone may be going through or what circumstances have brought them there. Sometimes, a little kindness, patience, and exceptional service can make all the difference. Angie demonstrated exactly that.
This is why I would recommend staying here over other nearby hotels. Great amenities are important, but it's the people who make an experience memorable.
Thank you again, Angie, and to the rest of the staff working that evening (10-11-2026). Your kindness and hospitality did not go unnoticed!
