This place was amazing for our trip in Amalfi, very warm and helpful people, clean and tidy room, i have never seen a hotel or airbnb where the room gets cleaned daily while you are away! Definitely recommend

Fabulous ! This was one of the best experiences we've had ! Upon our arrival, we were warmly greeted by Michele, our host, who showed us to our incredibly beautiful and clean room ((No. 4). We stayed there for 10 nights and enjoyed every minute of it ! We really enjoyed their lovely garden isurrounded by beautiful orange and lemon trees. T

The property is in a great location, which was a major advantage. However, there is no lift, which may be inconvenient for guests with heavy luggage.
There is also no staff available at the reception at all times, so you need to inform them of your expected check-in time in advance. We missed informing them of our arrival time, so we had to wait about 20 minutes for the receptionist to arrive and let us check in.
We were planning to celebrate a birthday during our stay and had emailed the property in advance with a request. Unfortunately, they did not respond to our email or even to the follow-up email sent by Expedia Customer Support, which was quite disappointing.
Additionally, the owner was difficult to reach and rarely answered our calls when we had questions. Overall, while the location is excellent, the lack of communication and responsiveness made the experience less enjoyable.
