Room is very clean, although a little bit old. Staff are very nice and helpful. The place is close to train stations and shopping area! It was a great place for a good price.

Had a nice stay with the 4 adults in our group. Beds and bathroom were clean and a heated toilet seat was great. The property is very old. There was peeling paint and smudges on the walls and floor but the price was still worth it. Close to Shin Okubo station and a 7/11. Not many good restaurants nearby I thought. Also prostitutes hang out down the street from the hotel.
