Clean and well kept room and lobby area. They even placed a massage chair in our room which was so helpful after completing thousand steps per day! New towels and bottled water were supplied daily. Free refreshments downstairs.
The staff are all wonderful and accommodating. They even walked us to the nearest train station going to Nara and again on our way to Kyoto! Saved us a train transfer and the possibility of getting lost!
Super close to train stations, convenient stores, Dotombori, and shinshaibashi shopping centers. Highly recommend and would definitely come back and stay in this hotel!

The room was exceptionally clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to assist, making our stay even more enjoyable.
The hotel’s location was outstanding—just a short walk from Osaka-Namba Station (Exit B4) and conveniently close to Dotonbori, Shinsaibashi, and Namba Parks, making it an ideal base for exploring the city.
The complimentary bottled water replenished daily was a thoughtful touch, and the additional amenities, including the complimentary beverages available downstairs, exceeded our expectations.
Overall, this hotel provided an exceptional experience in every aspect. From its outstanding service and prime location to its thoughtful amenities, it has earned a place among my top five favorite hotels of all time. I would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Osaka.
